Paus138 Terms & Conditions –
A Clear Guide for All Members in Malaysia

Welcome to Paus138. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Paus138 ("Platform", "We", "Company") governing your use of the paus138.asia website and all services provided therein.

By registering an account, making any deposit, using any feature of the platform, or simply browsing Paus138 content, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the platform.

Paus138 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use Paus138, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 – Paus138 only accepts members who are 18 years of age or older. Age verification will be required during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any individual under 18 who attempts to register will be declined, and any such account detected after registration will be closed immediately.
• Residing or domiciled in Malaysia – Paus138 services are intended for users residing in Malaysia. This platform is not meant for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Full legal capacity – You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under legal guardianship or those who have been declared mentally incapacitated are not permitted to register.
• One account per person only – Each member is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Paus138 employee – Employees, contractors, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to use the platform for any betting or gambling activities.

Your Paus138 account is strictly personal and may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other individual. As a member, you are responsible for the following:

• Keep your password and login credentials confidential. Paus138 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Keep all personal information in your account accurate and up to date at all times. Inaccurate details may cause delays in withdrawal processing.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur within your account, including any unauthorised activity resulting from your own failure to keep your account secure.

Paus138 uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that members can enable for an added layer of security. We encourage all members to activate this feature through their account settings.

Paus138 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks

All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. Paus138 does not accept foreign currencies.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 10. Maximum limits vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification level. eWallet deposits are typically processed in under one minute.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts is RM 50,000. VIP members may request higher limits by contacting our support team. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours depending on the method selected and the account's verification status.

Paus138 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

This section covers the general rules for all Sports Betting at Paus138, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, tennis, basketball, and other available sports.

Bet Placement: A bet is considered valid once you confirm the bet slip and our system generates a reference number. No bet may be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn after confirmation except under specific circumstances as outlined below.

Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. The odds offered at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent changes. Paus138 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (e.g., odds that differ significantly from market value) before the relevant bet is settled.

Suspended or Cancelled Matches:

• If a football match is suspended and not resumed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled kick-off time, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a badminton or tennis match is suspended and not resumed on the same day, bets may be voided or settled based on the current result, depending on the market type.
• For in-play betting, if a match is suspended during an active bet, Paus138 reserves the right to settle the bet based on the state of play at the time of suspension.

Venue or Format Changes: If a match is relocated to a neutral venue, or a home fixture becomes an away fixture, pre-match bets already placed will remain valid unless the change fundamentally alters the nature of the match (e.g., a shift from an indoor to an outdoor court in badminton).

The Live Casino and slots sections of Paus138 operate under the following additional rules:

Live Casino: All Live Casino games at Paus138 are operated by licensed providers recognised at the international level. The outcome of every round is determined in real time by an actual dealer — not by a random number generator algorithm. Video recordings of each session are retained by the provider for dispute resolution purposes.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot machines and games that use a Random Number Generator (RNG) employ technology that has been audited and certified by independent testing bodies to ensure genuine fairness and randomness in every round.

• Winnings from casino games resulting from a technical error or system malfunction are void and will not be paid out.
• Paus138 reserves the right to suspend any game in the event of a technical issue and to resume or void the affected round.
• Any member found using automation software, bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in casino games will have their account closed and all winnings from the relevant sessions voided.

Paus138 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to rollover/wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempting to claim it multiple times through multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any portion of a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover is typically between 5x and 20x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated in each offer. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bets placed at very low odds (generally below 1.50) will not count towards Sports Betting bonus rollover requirements.
• Paus138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse.

The following is a list of behaviours that are strictly prohibited at Paus138. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money laundering – Using the Paus138 platform to launder illegally obtained funds is a serious criminal offence. Paus138 complies with all Malaysian anti-money laundering laws and will report any suspected activity to the relevant authorities.
• Payment fraud – Using stolen, compromised, or unauthorised credit cards or eWallet accounts is a serious violation that will be reported to the police.
• System or odds manipulation – Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or using bot software to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Collusion between members – Colluding with other members to manipulate betting outcomes or casino game results, including sharing confidential information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Identity fraud – Registering using another person's identity or providing false identification information during the KYC process.
• Multiple account registration – Holding more than one active account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Paus138 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Below is a summary of our commitments:

• All communications between your device and Paus138's servers are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption – the same security standard used in banking.
• Paus138 only collects personal information that is necessary for account management, payment processing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections to any inaccurate information, and under certain circumstances, to request the deletion of your data.

Closure by Member: You may close your Paus138 account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@paus138.asia. Any remaining balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method once identity verification is complete, provided there are no pending transactions or unresolved disputes.

Suspension by Paus138: Paus138 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any rule set out in these Terms
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Inability to verify a member's identity following repeated requests

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, Paus138 reserves the right to place the account balance on hold while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no violation, the balance will be returned. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Paus138 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically:

• Paus138 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of your betting or casino gaming decisions, regardless of the cause of those losses.
• Paus138 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or third-party cyberattacks.
• Paus138 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform.
• Paus138's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Paus138 believes that sports betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment that should be enjoyed responsibly. We provide the following tools to help members manage their activity in a healthy way:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Members may set their own deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after any change.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Limit: Members can set a limit on the amount of time allowed per gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may choose to take a break from the platform for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or longer. During this period, access to the account will be fully restricted.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members who require more serious support may apply for a permanent self-exclusion. This request cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Paus138 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances where immediate updates are necessary.

Your continued use of the Paus138 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between the parties involved. Paus138 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and transparently.
